Once a month New Hope Church picks up food boxes to be distributed from New Hope Church's parking lot located at 334 2nd Avenue in Albany, NY. The distribution is open to the public. There is no pre-registration but an ID is required. Boxes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. To pick up a box bring a car or walk up to the parking lot.

The food boxes are allocated to New Hope Church by the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany. Volunteers from partnering organizations package the boxes with various food items provided by the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. Food items vary from month to month.
